The Service is designed to allow certain profile information to be published publicly when you choose to use a hosted public profile. Information you place into your public profile, QR code destination, or downloadable vCard may be visible to third parties, depending on how you configure and share your profile.

You are responsible for deciding what information you include in your profile. Do not include information that you do not want shared or displayed.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, operate the business, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the integrity and security of the Service.

If your subscription is cancelled, your access may continue through the paid billing period. After that period ends, your profile, QR code, vCard, photos, and related account data may be scheduled for deletion. Once deleted, some or all of that information may no longer be recoverable.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no system, transmission method, email route, hosting environment, or storage platform is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and protecting access to your account.
